From 3:30 to 7:15 PM I drove to the North Troy Inn. Bus service to Newport had been canceled so, using the RCT "client pay" plan, I hired a private driver who had me at the Jonesville Post Office by 9:00 AM! I thought the ~$60 cost was well worth it.
