On Day 10 (July 6), about 11:30 CDT I enjoyed a pause at another pleasant community rest area, perhaps at Whitewood SK, as we approach the Manitoba border on Canada 1. Night 10 was at a less-than-ideal Days Inn in Portage la Prairie MB.
